Best to stop playing chess until you can address what it is that is making you sad or angry and then return back to playing once you are in a better state of mind to play.
Thanks for ur valuable opinion. 😊

Hi friends.
I am an artist, writer and graphics designer by profession. So, generally i have a creative mind and my visualization is good.
But i have noticed. When I am calm (usually after half an hour later I wake up in the morning) I play and win games in series irrespective of opponent's rating.
But after 9 or 10 matches, my forehead becomes heavy. Is it human fatigue?
Also, I have noticed that when I am sad, or angry, I lose, doesn't matter how weak my opponent is.
Is there any way to control my emotions while gameplay?
(Generally i play and practice chess from 7 am to 11pm without breaks. Should I limit my gameplay hours?)
You play from 7AM to 11PM without breaks? I think you answered your own question...
