I assume you have ChessBase, or otherwise there would be no point.
Open ChessBase.
Load the PGN file. (ChessBase, like most all other chess programs, is capable of loading pgn files.)
CLICK HOME and then MY DATABASES.
Put your cursor over the PGN file, right-click and select CONVERT TO CBH FORMAT.
Done.
These steps worked for me but the exact order or the exaxt steps for you might depend upon which version of ChessBase you have. Check the manual, as I would assume this would be covered.
When finished, instead of one large PGN file, you should now have about 15 smaller files, with a bunch of cb? extensions. cba, cbc, cbe, cbg, cgh, cbj, etc.
If you DON'T have ChessBase, you will probably have to download a third party conversion program. The ChessBase format is a proprietary format, but I'd like to think that somebody has figured it out, and written a conversion program. However, I know of none, but then again, I've never looked either.
Good luck.
