How to create games outside of forums?

I haven’t been here for too long so I don’t know the best way. But one option would be to do a pass and play.
That's an option, issue is I don't remember the entire game, only a couple different parts.

Pen and paper works. Or as mentioned, use Pass and Play to notate and export the PGN after.
