If it's an obvious misclick, I will offer a draw, I don't wait for the offer. If I was losing and my opponent misclicks, I will sometimes go further and just resign the game. There are no misclicks OTB. I don't play for free rating points; I play to solve the problems my opponent presents. For me, an unearned win is a non-game.
