If you go into the announcement, the should be a delete option on the side panel, under the Post Announcement button.
It will prevent it from being loaded, since it's deleted, but members will still have the message and notifications about it, depending on their settings.
@martin_stahl ... there is no delete button to which I see and you can for and if you want create a practice club to see tools there ... however below you can see no delete, every menu that you can click be it new annouce or old or what have you has no delete:
Try clearing your browser cache. You're also missing the Post Announcement button on that page. If that doesn't help, your browser may have an issue or an extension blocking elements
The "post announcement" is there ... you have to click "new announcement" ... thus as well there is no cache issue ... i have check this on iphone and desktop ... if there was a mistake to which we all do in any sotfware there is always a delete button ... i have hard time seeing and beleive no delete button for some dups. i posted ... and why post twice you may ask 
... well as well there is NO edit button 
When viewing an announcement, admins should see the section I mentioned and a button. You're missing content, so it's like a cache or browser issue.

Currently mobile Chrome but it's the same on other browsers for me
@martin_stahl ... thx ... however the fact you are on android makes me wonder as we have seen diff. before on the configs. if you ever time ... please get on desktop and tell me what ya see ... thank you!
I double checked on a full browser and those options are there as expected.

I'm pretty confident it's going to be a client side issue so other than removing it for you, staff won't be able to assist.
