How to do the four knights opening

The four knights/ three knights are one of my favorite openings. to play this you have to start with queens pawn or king pawn and your opponent has to do the same. Then do the other pawn. after that you take your knights out one by one. I am asking for any other way to trigger the 3/4 knights opening. ^&^&^&
