how do you earn the chatterbox award?do any of you have it?

Megaphone achievement is given when someone reaches 1000 points a point can be earned by adding a note , replying in a forum , send a message or making a blog Same for Chatterbox but it's 10k points Right now I earned 1 point by replying in this forum
