When you smell a premover(a patzer playing on time) do you try to guess what's his next premove and play a possible bad move which can give you an advantage?
I have been black a few times in e4 d5 nf3 d5xe4. That doesn't look a good opening to me, and so I assume it is a pre-move by white at move 2. But it might be ok. As I'm a patzer I'm not sure.
I like the sound of your plan though. Does it work?
