Somebody contacted me, and I would like to go to his profile. The problem is that if you receive a message you cannot just click on the avatar to go to the profile, as the link is not active (something that chess.com could improve).

How can I find the player? I am using my iPad right now. Thanks.

Open the message with a browser like Safari, then you’ll see a link to the member’s profile page.
