While I sharpen my chess skills, I was wondering if there are other chess-related jobs out there. Maybe in content creation, marketing, or even event management for tournaments? It feels like there's a whole chess world to explore behind the scenes.

For those who work in the chess industry (even if not at Chess.com), how did you get your foot in the door? Did your chess skills come in handy, or was other experience more important?
