I don't think that is even a thing. When you get a killer piece (in the awards) you have won a game by causing a check mate with that piece. But delivering check mate with a king is impossible as you would have to put your king in reach of the opposing king. You are talking about the awards, right?

I have Killer King. Got it by moving my king from in front of my rook for a discovered attack with check mate.
