how to get any title????

Sarim, Sarim... that's not an easy thing to achieve at all. But you have a good rating and you love playing chess, it shouldn't take you that long.

You simply have to play in tournaments, and look out for the ones that will get you closer to earning a title. In most cases this might mean you have to travel, or at least wait a little longer than you would've liked to.

So the best way to get all your information and the answers to your questions is find a chess official in your local region, even if it's just another tournament player, and they'll get you up to speed.

Did you know that a National Master title is awarded by a National Chess Organization of your country? This means that it doesn't have to be the FIDE.

Chess.com also offers titles, but they are not official and are actually awarded by the many small clubs such as my own.

If you are 20+ you need Big rating

Find a bunch of broke and hungry masters. Easy enough to do. Ppay them to lose games to you. It's been done before.

You need to win one and then you will have free diamond membership

No, NM National Master. CM candidate master. WGM women Grand Master. you need rating or win them.
