Step 1 : Stop playing League of Legends/ Genshin Impact Step 2 : Go outside (It might sound hard but trust me, it's worth it) Step 3 : Touch grass (It's a substance usually found outside. It is green in colour. U can find it in your backyard, local park etc.)

Sometimes there are trade-offs, it's give and take. You win some and lose some.
Just so long as it remains interesting (and legal, of course) you can almost guarantee you won't find yourself with a pretty stale mate.
