Is it better to play rated game or non rated game if to much obsession about my rating?  How to get over this think about rating to much?

Online ratings have little value. Just try to win more games than you lose, that's what I do.

If it makes you more motivated and competitive then go ahead and be obsessed if you like.
Just remember to eat and drink and work your job. And get a girlfriend.
