See the thread I posted… Disconnecting for no reason. One person has some solutions, which may be more helpful for your problem. He or she was the only one nice enough to comment and offer help.
I tried Customer Support, but only got the Bot Assistant, which wasn’t much help.
The connection issue for me appears better today, but will it last?
I tried to start a game as black. White's first move was to move the queen's pawn but the screen froze in the middle of the move.
After a while I refreshed the page, but that created an abort (and a chastising message.)
What is the proper way to deal with this issue (I have seen the screen freeze before but usually while playing a bot, so no big deal.)
