Practice makes perfect. Play rapid games only. And study tactics. Train on tactics trainer of chess.com

You need to play long games, start with 2 games of 15|10 and 1 game of 10 minutes a day. Try to think of your mistakes after each game, go through your moves slowly and check to see if you can make any better moves (check this out how to make better moves or find some videos on youtube,:https://www.chess.com/forum/view/general/your-mental-checklist-you-run-through-before-each-move). Also try to practice tactics puzzles, if you struggle just give it 3-4 minutes to think about it before finding the answer. Good luck!
