How to improve my abiliy of chessboard visualization?

I usually use the analysis when playing daily chess games.But in online or OTB games,I am not able to use the analysis tool.I have to calculate in my mind. Imagining a chessboard and memorizing all the pieces are really difficult which make me calculate slow and incorrect.What can I do to deal with that?Is it effective to learn blindfold chess?

Learn chess notations and do it regularly.

Also try solo chess. It is an option in chess.com to play and you calculate alot there.

The way to improve your calculation is to solve puzzles. But not 5 puzzles in 30 days. At least 30 minutes daily.
