how to improve my chess skills further???

I m 13 years old. myfide rating is around 1450. I want to increase my rating and become a better player. I m trying too hard for that. I practice at chess.com for hours,read books,solve puzzles and play regular tournaments. But i always fail to further improve my game. I have tried almost everything
