Countries join FIDE. People don't join FIDE.

But to get a FIDE rating you have to play in FIDE tournaments.

There are no FIDE tournaments online. You have to travel to a tournament and play face to face on a real board.

One thing is clear. You can't do much in FIDE games. Because you play like nothing. In FIDE the time control is 90 minutes. You can't move your pieces randomly like you do in Bullet. So even a 3 year old child will crush you like nothing. so if you play FIDE games you won't even win 1 game. Because you only know how to move mouse quickly. Chess is Checkmate Game, not mouse game.

did he just flag you or something sir?

how can you assume that the player can't perform well in tournaments? maybe the player can maybe not but how do you know, the player may be a super-GM in the future for all we know, never predict anyone's chess ability because ,  you can't.

Contact your national federation to get a FIDE ID here and send your details to your federation rating officer

I have heard about many FIDE tournaments ONLINE which are been conducted like tournaments from Marshall chess club or stuff? My rating is 1300-1400 and I am 11 yrs old. I want to build a good career in chess, but not sure how to progress. Am I eligible yet to participate in tournaments like so or should I improve to 2000 then do all these stuff………I am really confused. Pls pls pls help me. And yeah I don’t play much in chess.com so my rating is low I play in other sites…

Shubhra_me

I am more comfortable playing online as I do not have much experience for OTB tournaments…

Is there a chess club near where you live? There must be. Find one, join, and proceed from there.

99% of all chess players will never become master level players. I don't know anything about the Indian Chess Federation but the United States Chess Federation (USCF) is the only organization I was ever interested in. It seemed pointless to me to travel to New York or some other city just to play in a tournament organized by FIDE. Unless you intend on becoming some kind of professional players just stick with your own national chess federation. Online ratings are useless.

I have researched A LOT about chess clubs near me, there is only one, but that is extremely expensive. I have a chess tutor though…Should I stick to my plan of getting to 2000+ then going ahead with FIDE tournaments or……What should I do? Really confused… :l
