How to learn chess theory

nope but if you want you can look at my recent games and see if other players have openings that interests you
So I am in need of learning chess theory. I mainly just play Vienna/Italian for white and e5 against e4 for black (against d4 I play d5). I know some theory for a few openings but that's it. Do any of you know good websites/apps/ways to learn chess theory?
