How to lock forums

Hello. I’m on a apple ipad, and I have a forum that has total spamming and someone(not mentioning name) just spammed it and ruined it.  

and I want to delete it, but I don’t know how to on iPad. If someone could help me and send some pics on how to, that waiuld be great.

Locking and making a new one
