I'm making this question because everytime I try to make a chekmate my opponent notice about my plans and then ruin it.

Make sure your attacking pieces aren't left hanging, or unprotected

Try the scholar’s mate technique which is a mate in 4

Try blindfolding your opponent.

Don't leave your pieces undefended .In your games many pieces are left undefended easy win for opponent.

Look for fork, double attack , pin discovered attack.

Fork:

They will move one piece ,you can capture the other

Piece Value:

Pawn : 1

Bishop/Knight : 3

Rook : 5

Queen : 9

++ You ask the wrong question.
The aim of chess is to checkmate, but there is no bonus for a quicker checkmate.
Chess is a game of full information, so your opponent will notice if he pays attention.
So it is rather how to checkmate without the opponent being able to avoid it?
The first step is to avoid being checkmated yourself, i.e. noticing any checkmate threats yourself.

Instead of playing for quick checkmates play for overall better chess going for a quick checkmate rarely works and you shouldn’t go for a quick mate

Try not to rely on gimmicks or your opponent not anticipating the threats against them. Develop your pieces using sound principles.

Once you're comfortable with these opening principles (and I don't mean memorizing an opening line) you can graduate to learning more about how to spot tacts to win pieces and eventually the game.
