The Sicilian is a massive amount of chess to learn. The Dragon is one of the major systems of the Sicilian. Do you actually expect a bunch of random strangers on chess.com to go into any kind of worthwhile detail to tell you all about the Dragon?
Just watch out for Rook sacs on the Knight on c3.
