I am not fide rated, but I would advice you to study some openings and just practice! By the way, is it an open tournament or a closed tournament? As I was saying, just play some games, practice openings, build a strong repertoire. Choose your best openings. AND IMPORTANT: make sure you know the rules when playing, like one example is that once you touch a piece, you HAVE TO MOVE IT!

Well, I would say is expand your repertoire, if you have a strong understanding of your openings and know the lines, then expand your repertoire, learn some new openings, learn new tactics, learn some positions in endgames. I will ask again, is it an open tournament or a closed tournament? It really affects how you can progress, so please tell me.

its our districts selection, so its a open tournament

Everyone who is advising you to learn a new opening is wrong.
One week is not nearly enough time to learn and de-bug a new opening line. To try playing in a tournament with an opening repertoire that you don't understand properly does not sound like a formula for success.
Stick to what you already understand well for this tournament. When you get a break of a couple of months between important tournaments, then you can prepare new openings.
Instead, spend this week preparing yourself mentally and physically for the tournament. Eat well. Get some exercise but don't push yourself. Walking is good. Get plenty of sleep. Relax. Center yourself. The day before the tournament, do some sort of confidence-building exercise, to put yourself in the proper frame of mind for the competition. I used to play over a few of my old games that I was particularly proud of or happy with... but whatever boosts your confidence and works for you.

Looking at your rating and results, I'd stress tactic training.
Preparation cannot be considered as anything but completed a week before a tournament. If you don't know stuff down pat by that point, you'll never pick it up sufficiently in a week. Move slowly and scan for opportunities.

There is nothing that isn't important. Before a tournament the most important thing is to go in without a stressed out mind.
I have a tournament in one week; I need some advice -
I constantly score 4-5 points in tournaments of 7 rounds , always with a performance rating of 1000-1150. I have an important tournament in one week, I need to increase my score to atleast 5-6 points, but there are tough players and most of them are FIDE rated. I am a strong unrated, so I would be happy if some FIDE rateds out there could give me some advice within a week.
