How to reach 1400 again?

I was once (couple of weeks ago) 1300-1400 solid.

Now i lose against 500-900 players, and there is no reason to play tournaments against 1400+ players, there i just play bad for 10 moves and gives up.

Since the rating of 10|0 and 3|2 is the same, i went from 1100 to 1400 by playing the 10|0. Now i just hang my Queen and lost against a 550-player when playing 10|0, and are under 1250.

I'm have free time now, so i watch like chess-videos on YouTube for about 3-5 hours a day, and plays chess the rest of the time. The result by trying to improve my chess? I lose, and lose, and lose again.

You were only 1400 very briefly.

I think it shows that you have the capability but finding the flaws that hold you back will take actual work, not just watching videos.

-stop playing blitz if you want to improve. Play at least 25|5 per game. And if you don’t have time, play daily or one rapid game instead of many blitz games
-I would analyze your losses, on a real chess board and without an engine. It would also be a good idea to analyze master games in this manner as well

If you're losing against 500-900 players you are making obvious blunders/ hanging pieces. Maybe consider giving the chess up for a few days then coming back with a fresh mind. Also look at your game afterwards and pick out one thing you can learn from it.

Back to solid 1220-ish. Don't know if that's horrible or just very, very, very bad.

You must be distracted by personal problem. Once life improve, your chess rating would be back to normal.

Blitz can help you improve by detecting tactics under time pressure.

You'll improve, don't sweat it.

Play Daily Chess, I no blitz. And learn from your mistakes.

I think like this: 3|2: Less time for my opponent also to think. 15|10 or long chess games: more time for me to think, but also for my opponent. So the result is the same.

Think of it like this: 3|2: Less time to actually be able to find the right moves and calculate your opponent's following moves. 15|10 or long chess games: you will be able to practice analyzing the position much much more therefore, improving the way you play and then you'll win more.
