Did you abort games often?
Did you let time run out for no reason often?
Did you intentionally disconnect often?
If any of these are the case then that's the reason. You can't remove it because you're not supposed to be doing whatever you did that led to your account being restricted.

When you create a game click Custom game. Then you can search for or create open challenges. If you play enough of them and don't abort or stall like you have likely done before then your restriction will probably be removed in the near future.

You go to play. You click on the button that says Custom Game. Then you can pick a time format and whether it's rated or not or you can click open challenges and accept one of the open challenges.
It does not allow me to play, it gives me the message "your account is restricted for violetions of our Sportsmaship policy. you may directly challenge friends or create rated, open challenges using standard time controls. This restriction will be removes automatically as you play more games with good sportsmanship". It does not say what I have done wrong so that I do not repeat it again. Does anybody know why this happened? And how do I "open a challenge using standard time controls"?

I click on the circle of each player and it says "you cannot accept this challenge at the moment". They have banned me from this option too? Or this is not the way to play at "open challenge"?

If the person has a membership, and you're a new member, then you cannot accept their challenge.
How can I create my own challenge?

Did you notice the change of username? OP's account shows the same name. I smell multiple accounts...
I have a second account for a member of my family to play, but they have just closed it. How can I create my own challenge? It says somewhere "share with link with anyone to play" and it says to copy the link. Where do I enter this link?

You should be able just to create a random seek, with normal time controls and wait to be paired. Or play a friend.
