OK, my mistake. I was assuming I lost the game, but now I see I actually was given the win. So my opponent must have lost his connection and the game aborted. He lives in a place where I would expect internet connectivity to be spotty.
How to report a system glitch that ended my game?

I just played a game and my king was checked. I had one square to move it to, but the game just ended and my opponent was given the win! There was a lot more chess to be played. I did not lose my internet connection so it was not aborted. It simply ended. I think this game should be canceled by Chess.com as a system failure. Can I report this? Can the Chess.com monitor see that I did not resign or anything?
