I use ChessBase 16. Almost all professional chess players use it. Costs some money, but totally worth it.
There is a free version called ChessBase Reader 2017. Can be used the same way, but lacks certain features of the paid version.
How to Save Opening Repertoire?

Hi everyone, do you guys use any programs to store and review your opening repertoires? Currently I'm using Chess Position Trainer, but I don't find its UI as intuitive. Is there anything else you guys recommend for storing, reviewing, and analyzing your opening repertoires? I heard that chess.com might be adding a tool like that, but haven't heard anything recently. Thanks!
