Unless you have an OTB rating, you probably don't have an Elo. And you don't capitalize the whole thing because it's the last name of the guy who invented it, not an abbreviation or an acronym.

Unless you have played over the board in FIDE tournaments, you don’t have an elo. You can see your online rating, which is likely what you are referring to, by clicking on your profile.

FIDE gives ELO rating. You get it from OTB chess in FIDE rated tournaments. Not from online.

Chess.com gives Glicko 2, which also only looks at the last 100 games.

FIDE also gives titles - candidate master (CM, ELO 2200 at any point), FIDE master (FM, ELO 2300 at any point), international master (IM, ELO 2400 at any point and 3 IM norms) and grandmaster (GM, ELO 2500 at any point and 3 GM norms).

There is also the national master (NM) which is basically the same as CM, but is given by national chess organizations.

There are also women titles - WCM, WFM, WIM and WGM - which are the same, but 200 les rating points. Basically to motivate women to play.

For me ELO is beyond chess, I can find them on Youtube:
