I would look into expanding your Sicilian opening knowledge in that variation
Sometimes when I'm tilted, watching masters play on youtube helps. ChessBase India, Daniel Naroditsky, and GMHikaru are a few good channels.
Not much cures being tilted other than a break. I'm the same right now...stupidly lost track of time and spent 6 hours with an engine doing Ruy Lopez drills now I'm irretrievably fried.
Mine is most definitely mistake tilt.
Without fail the same thing I get mad about every time is that I know how to play properly but can't always manage to pull it off in real time.
I'm getting a lot better though at just seeing it as a normal thing that happens and doing something else for a while.
Me Today Be Like:
I'm stoppable
I'm a Porsche with brakes
I'm not invincible
Yeah, I lost every single game
I'm not so powerful
I need batteries to play
I'm not so confident
Yeah, I'm stoppable today
Me all the damn time
