How to take advantage of 2. Qf3?

I was looking at Master games in Game Explorer and there are 0 variations like this.
So we are daily playing OTB team chess in my neighbourhood. Our opponent always plays 1. e3 e5 2. Qf3
Qf3 is a very unusual move and I am not able to take advantage of it. Any good idea againt it.
