Hiya. You can't read page 31 of the manual, or even figure it out by playing with the menus? 
Ah, well...
First load a game (File --> Load game), then go to Mode --> Analyze game).
That should do it!
Edit - All this presupposes that you have the GUI download from the Shredder web site. If you're using the Shredder with the Fritzy GUI, then I don't know, ask someone else. 
@EscherehscE..here is my thing. Even if you load as you said it doesn't analyse as one would expect Chess.com engine's style.If it cant do that then it is probably a very cheap n crapy program.

I have had this program for do sometime. I have had real problems using it.How do you use it to analyze a whole game like chess.com engine does and not just one position.Pls help comrades
