How to win this game?

So in club I got to this position, but couldn't find a way to win. A local expert chuckled and said that any advanced player could figure out a win, conveniently leaving right afterward. But I don't know how to win. What's the plan?

AHH I JUST REALIZED I COULD HAVE PROMOTED THE PAWN

After I lose the pawn, is it just a draw or can I somehow win?
