white has a better chance to win, due to the active rook on decent square. try 1. bxc4 1... bxc4 2. Rc7 2...c3 3. Qd4 it pins g7-pawn to king and double attack c3-pawn 3...c2 and starting threats by 4. Rc6 it attacks a6-pawn and threatens to mate by Rxh6=++. i like white better :)
