HURT - Dvoretsky's Endgame Manual (Dvoretsky)
HEAL - Silman's Endgame Manual (Silman)

What do people have against Rapid Chess Improvement?
A book is not worth a fight therefore is should be eliminated as fast as possible.
There is no free cheese (rapid chess improvement) especially with many plots and graphs.
What do people have against Rapid Chess Improvement?"
The book is a complete waste of money just a glorified informerical that appeals to people desperate for quick fixes and pie in the sky miracles that will bring their skills up to a very high standard without of alot of blood, sweat, tears time and hard work.
Wishful thinking!
Healing and Hurting is Encouraged, but not required.

Hurt Silman Endgame
Message to All: I am not necessarily hurting books that I do not like. Instead, I hurt whichever book is in the lead in order to make he compitition more interesting. Also, if you wish to say something other than hurt/heal, please use a separate forum or include your vote, remembering that it is restricted to one/day. Thanks,
