The Maroczy Bind is only possible vs the Hyper Accelerated Dragon. Otherwise I'd guess it will usually just end up being a regular Dragon Var in most cases. Look it up in chess.coms articles, videos and chess mentor lessons.

I was wondering about the Hyper Accelerated Sicilian Dragon (g6 2nd move) vs the Accelerated Sicilian Dragon.
What advantages or disadvantages are there in playing the Hyper Accelerated Dragon as opposed to the Accelerated Dragon?
