My account was closed because I was cheating.

I accept that I was cheating 

After my account got closed I created this account but I'm feeling very bad for myself.

Now I know what I have lost, my friends and all other information regurding learning chess

Threaten suicide or something, stuff like 'i beg you' and 'i didn't eat last night' are not going to be enough for the cold-hearted Chess.com staff.

This makes sense. I wonder if there could be a probationary period that could be set for people caught cheating instead of just banning that account. Its much easier for them to just create a new account and continue cheating. We actually have someone here that is sorry for cheating and in my opinion sounds genuine. Im all for you getting your account re-opened. Good luck to you.

They won't reopen your account, they never do that

They will not re-open your original a/c because contained within your "games-archive' will be the games you cheated at.

It's not going to happen.

They could just allow him to continue playing with his new account, without banning him for having a "duplicate account".
