ok so im in a winning position and i manage to lose and hes completely losing and down a rook but turns out his rook blunder was a sac. sometimes i feel so depressed

I played on a different site recently and got a terrible position--mate in 1 for my opponent. But I could not find the resign button! So I had to make a move, he failed to mate me and I went on to win. Probably the least reasonable win I've ever had.
