Just searched the opponent, and I found out that he joined just a month ago, and put his rating on 2000 without knowing what it means.
His true rating shall only be revealed once he actually plays someone "his size"
Edit: he defeated a CM, maybe it is true, maybe just wants to have a gala time playing chess simply for the fun of it.

@Soup1793 you shouldn't call someone a liar just because you don't know how stuff works. I'm pretty sure that unrated games don't show up on the best win.
