I am the only one Singaporean

Over 30 years ago, Singapore Airlines ran ads on American TV, and their tagline was "Singapore Girl will take good care of you" and the (blatantly sexist) subtext was that if you fly with them, a beautiful Asian girl would induct you into the Mile High Club in the airplane loo, kinda cramped I know, but back in the day, I would have taken her for a test flight, hell yeah.  This was back when they were called stewardesses, not flight attendants, and they were all beautiful women, not mostly gay males (sidenote:  "stewardesses" is an amazing word, the longest in the English language typed entirely with the left hand on a qwerty keyboard), and every time I saw one of those ads, I thought "Why can't my country's airlines be like that; I would probably fly more."  This has been today's Historical Reminisce.

I disagree.  Our zoo used to be wonderful.  Now it's a rip off.  River & night safari were rip offs to start with.  The bird park went to the birds.

Singapore is Singaporean.  Before you ask, Malaysia is Malaysian.

I've never been there, but their food courts are world-famous for diverse, tasty chow.  My area of Oregon is known for seafood and roadkill.   

General tso wouldn't like that.

I went to Singapore 10 years or so ago. I mostly remember skyscrapers, going on a cable car and being warned about the grave risks of littering.

nobody enforces the fines anymore :-(  it's no longer a fine city.
