You need to slow down and think about your moves and your opponents' moves. One-minute games are a joke, and even 10-minute games aren't long enough to allow you time to think about your moves. Try 30-minute games, or maybe even longer.
Also, learn to develop ALL of your pieces instead of prematurely attacking the enemy queen.
There are other basic principles to learn, but those are good for a start. (Maybe Diakonia will drop by and post his patented beginner principles. )
So i managed to climb to the lower 900 s after 3 long months and now all of a sudden i m playing like a fricking 600 rated player.I thought it's because i might have played too much for my brain and so I decided to lessen the games I play per day. Good idea blazin cos now you have gotten even worse aaaaaah. It's like I dont even know the fundamentals of the game anymore.I mean 1000 is not a higher rating or anything and i guess that is where you start to learn the real game but i keep blundering and blundering over and over again until i say FML.
If anyone else has gone through this phase I'd appreciate your comments and how you got over it.
