I ask for help to better understand this position

This is a 5 minute game that I played just now
In this position I thought about knight b4 with the idea of placing the knight on a weak square and attacking the top on d3, but the computer's first move recommends Rook b8, but the top is protected by the knight and the queen and for me it didn't make sense. The second recommendation is h6 ?? I don't understand what the idea behind h6 in this position would be? and the third recommendation is a5, but the b4 square seems very weak to me and controlled by black, can anyone explain to me why such moves?

The big downside of Nb4 is that after Bxb4 you have to answer cxb4. After this b3 is not longer weak and c4 is a prtected past pawn for white. Rb8 and a5 give you a better versionif you play Nb4 later because you can recapture with Rxb4 or axb4 (whch opens the a-file and doesn´t give white a protected past pawn on c4.

h7-h6 is a different idea: it gives your king a place to hide on h7 and some flexible options to expand on the king side.
