Never had that problem....if you are on a PC, try the middle button that looks like a wheel on your mouse....if you are not on a PC....get on one?

Bingo! Thank you university of pawns! Using the wheel on top of the mouse let me scroll downwards.
kaynight, yes I was listening to advice and I did figure out how to clean out my cache. That didn't solve the problem but I appreciated the advice. I was responding to morethantwentycharc being snippy with me. Go back and read their comments to me about opening up my computer and it costing four figures.

I think 20characters assumed his entire computer completely froze-up. In which case he's right, the OP would of had a virus and it would of cost money to fix with a tech. 2 yrs ago I had one, cost me about $80.
