I can't castle my king when playing on my laptop

Hi Guys, I seem to have the same problem when playing chess.com on my laptop. I don't know why but I can't castle my king, I can when I play on my phone or iPad but not when I play on my laptop.

Can anyone help with this??

Are you clicking the king and then the rook? That method of castling for regular chess only seems to work with the app.
Try moving the king two squares towards the rook.

As manekapa said, i grab the king and move towards the rook, i play in a laptop btw.

There can be two possible errors- 1) Connection problem or hanged Pc 2) Castle may not be legal, were squares between king and rook were under attack? IF YOU WERE ABLE TO CASTLE QUEEN SIDE** Point 2) is your reason. Thanks

I don't think castling has been implemented for laptops yet.

It was happening because I tried to move my king to where my tower was when I had to move the king next to the tower instead..
