I can't find a 10 min rapid game

Thank you very much for the advice, but I tried restarting my device and it worked

I have this problem now for a while already. For at least the last two weeks I am unable to find a match when I try to play an unrated 10 min. rapid game. I changed possible colors to both black / white and random selection, I changed the rating player range to unlimited etc. No success.... I find it hard to believe that nobody plays unrated games anymore? Is this what is happening? I mean @Chess.com mods could you please kindly have a look? It doesn't matter by the way at what time of the day I am trying to find someone to play against me in an unrated game. It simply stopped working completely no matter for how long I let it search. Tried to find a match for up to 10 min. No success. Any suggestions? I already deleted my browser data / history but that also didn't work. Must be an internal chess.com problem.

@medelpad I am not really aborting any games to be honest. Therefore this can't really be applying to me.....
