So there is this person a diamond member who played against me in tournament match, nobody above 1600 in 10min game would play that slow in the opening moves that too in tournament. he was taking similar time intervals for every moves and as suspected his accuracy was 96.4. I reported him but no action was taken yet. Is chess.com being impartial in its treatment between paid members and others? because I have reported some players before and their accounts were close like within few hours at max within a day. This is taking quite a long.
