Literally prevent new account from posting on the forums until they have been here for a week or a month. 

Not sure why it even shows ratings when someone hasn't played a single game. it shows him having 2000 rating as daily but he hasn't played a game yet. Like wtf

It should just say "unrated."

Or a ? after the rating (to show it's provisional).

Consider this possibility:

Vishy can only see three moves ahead, but they are the best three moves on the board.

You can see ten moves ahead, but they are the worst ten moves on the board.
