He's talking about an app for your phone in which you can play against a chess engine with varying strengths corresponding to Magnus at different ages. Having said that, the game above may or may not be against the 23 year old Magnus variant. He would also have the ability to undo moves against the computer.
1) That's not a win.
2) Magnus at age 23 wouldn't play such horrible blunders (31... Nce6?? Come on...)
