28...Qa1+? was a weird one. Black was better before that, but this abandonment of the attacked king changed everything. After simple 28...Qd8 white's attack is halted. Not saying that you are lying or anything, Magnus app definitely makes mistakes too - but I wouldn't be terribly proud of this victory. 
Especially since the ending position is drawish, and if Magnus app resigned there, then something is seriously wrong with it.

botting, scamming, spamming, lies. happens everywhere in the world. the only reason it happens in the middle-east/Africa more is that they're third world countries and it's extremely difficult to get a hold of money therefore some people from these Nations immorally turn to these extremes.

The OP's account is closed due to inactivity. The opponent he claimed to have beaten, Magnus23, was a computer user.
There is absolutely no way in the world that Carlsen would play that variation of the Spanish against a no-name opponent online. He doesn't play it much anyway, but he'd try to get out of book as quickly as possible against most players rated U2700, even as Black.
So yeah, he beat Magnus23. Magnus23 used an engine. This player is rated ~16xx. Go figure how he beat Magnus23.
