He seemed like he was nice, for sure. But then he started acting mean. Why do you think that happened?

How have I been mean? The screenshot post was a bit tongue in cheek. I had already replied to the same question in another topic and thought that reply was a lighthearted one

I searched the forums and I could only find half answers: "Yes, it's reserved for streamers". You responded to my question by making a joke and disregarding my question. That's mean is it not?
I'm looking for a full answer: "Yes, it's reserved for streamers. I don't know why."
Or, "Yes, it's reserved for streamers because they matter and you don't."
Or, "Chess.com is a business that prioritizes innovative, shiny new, ribbon cutting, features. Basic functionality is boring and won't increase membership. This is the business model of every most successful company in the world. Don't hate the player, hate the game!"
Or, "Erik kept and Anish keeps the dev department as small as possible to maximize earnings. It's just 4 highschool students paid with sandwiches and beer. They're doing their best!"
Is Martin Stahl an incognito chatbot? I don't know how to put my finger on it. He's been a respected moderator of chess.com for as long as I can remember. I can only make sense of these explanations based on the below. One, he's a bot, two, he's a reddit troll, three, I'm insane. Let me know what you think!
